What you can build

Learn what Tines 3B is, and understand any workflow with four questions: what starts it, what information it uses, what result it produces, and where a person decides.

Objective: Use four questions to describe what a workflow does and where a person decides.

Watch Tines 3B build a workflow

What is a workflow?

Tines 3B is a single, secure environment for every team's important apps, agents, and automations. What you just watched is building with AI: you describe what you want in chat, and Tines 3B writes the steps, connects them, and explains what it did. Your part is deciding what the workflow should do and checking that it does it.

Everything you build in Tines 3B is a workflow: a set of connected steps that starts when something happens, works with information, and produces a result.

A workflow can take different forms:

An app people open in their browser, like a page for submitting requests.

An automation that runs on its own, like a report sent every Monday morning.

An agent that uses AI to interpret information and act on it, like sorting incoming support emails.

A single workflow can combine all three.

Before you build your own, it helps to understand how an existing workflow works: what it does, what information it uses, and where people make decisions. By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to describe any workflow by answering four questions.

Four questions, one workflow: a review request

What to do if something still feels fuzzy

You can understand any workflow by answering four questions: what starts it, what information it uses, what result it produces, and where a person decides. Next, you'll follow one workflow from its first draft to live.
